Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 16 oz shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
- 2 carrots peeled and grated
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sriracha optional for additional heat
- 2 green onions chopped
- sesame seeds optional for garnish
- chinese noodles optional for crunchy topping
Instructions
- Brown the Meat: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain any excess fat. Transfer to the crockpot.
- Add Ingredients: Add onion, garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrots, and bell pepper to the crockpot.
- Season: Pour in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha; season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the veggies are tender.
- Serve: Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and optional chinese noodles for crunch.
