Crockpot Peanut Clusters

Chocolate peanut clusters are easy to make in the slow cooker and perfect for holiday treats! Great for parties, neighbor gifts or just snacking!

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces cocktail peanuts
  • 1 pound white chocolate bark
  • 21 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 9 ounces milk chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons oil coconut or vegetable
  • 1 teaspoon salt optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients into the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low, stirring about every 30-45 minutes or until totally melted and combined.
  3. Once melted, spoon tablespoonfuls onto a sheet pan and sprinkle tops with coarse salt, if desired.
  4. Let set until firm. You can do this in the refrigerator or freezer to speed it up.
