Chocolate peanut clusters are easy to make in the slow cooker and perfect for holiday treats! Great for parties, neighbor gifts or just snacking!

Ingredients
- 32 ounces cocktail peanuts
- 1 pound white chocolate bark
- 21 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 9 ounces milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoons oil coconut or vegetable
- 1 teaspoon salt optional
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low, stirring about every 30-45 minutes or until totally melted and combined.
- Once melted, spoon tablespoonfuls onto a sheet pan and sprinkle tops with coarse salt, if desired.
- Let set until firm. You can do this in the refrigerator or freezer to speed it up.
