Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Pizza Sauce
  • 3/4 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese unIl well combined.
  2. Transfer the cheese mixture to a 6-quart crockpot.
  3. Add the pizza sauce to the cheese mixture in the crockpot and sIr to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pepperoni over the mixture.
  5. Add the dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) over the top.
  6. Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW heat for 2-3 hours, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through.
  7. Stir the dip well before serving.

Notes

  • Cooking Time: The 2-3 hour cooking time on low ensures that the cheeses melt fully and the flavors blend, without the risk of burning or separating. The dip may be ready sooner depending on your specific crockpot; it's a good idea to check at the 2-hour mark.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
