Crockpot Ravioli and Sausage

Crockpot Ravioli and Sausage is a one pot meal layered with cheesy ravioli, Italian sausage and the best tomato sauce. Try this meal for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage (browned and drained)
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz each) 
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz can) 
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 1 pound frozen cheese ravioli
  • fresh parmesan cheese (for serving) 

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Italian sausage, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and minced garlic. 
  2. Then fold in the ravioli until the ravioli is fully covered in the sauce. 
  3. Pour this mixture into a 6 quart crock pot.  
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until the ravioli is tender. 
  5. Serve topped with the fresh Parmesan Cheese and enjoy! 

Notes

  • You can easily leave the sausage out or use ground beef or ground turkey instead. 
  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.  
  •
