Crockpot Ravioli and Sausage is a one pot meal layered with cheesy ravioli, Italian sausage and the best tomato sauce. Try this meal for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground Italian sausage (browned and drained)
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz each)
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz can)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pound frozen cheese ravioli
- fresh parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the Italian sausage, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and minced garlic.
- Then fold in the ravioli until the ravioli is fully covered in the sauce.
- Pour this mixture into a 6 quart crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until the ravioli is tender.
- Serve topped with the fresh Parmesan Cheese and enjoy!
Notes
- You can easily leave the sausage out or use ground beef or ground turkey instead.
- Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
