Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 16 ounces chunky salsa
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add ground beef to crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle meat with taco seasoning and add salsa, stir to coat.
  3. Cook on low for 3 hours.
  4. Drain, if necessary or use a slotted spoon to remove meat.

  • Taco meat can be frozen after it’s cooked.
  • You can use ground chicken or ground turkey instead of ground beef.
