Crockpot Turkey Tenderloin with Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound turkey tenderloins
  • 2 pounds baby creamer potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Turkey Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon thyme leaves
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes in half and place the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Mix together all spices and rub on all sides of the turkey tenderloin. Lay the turkey tenderloin on top of the potatoes. Cut butter into pats and place on top of the turkey.
  3. Cook for 2.5 hours -3.5 hours high, or 3.5 hours - 4 hours on low, or until the turkey is done (165˚F internal temp). *Time will vary based on size of your crockpot and thickness of the turkey.

Notes

  • Optional: if you prefer not to use the potatoes, you can cook the turkey tenderloins in the slow cooker without them. Follow recipe as directed omitting the potatoes. Cook time may be slightly reduced.
