Ingredients
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 2 talks celery chopped
- 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, cut in one inch pieces
- 1 cup wild rice and quinoa mix
- 10 ounce cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 4 cups chicken broth low sodium
- 4 cups water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables and chicken and literally throw all the ingredients together in the crockpot and stir them up a bit. If you don't have wild rice and quinoa mix, you can use just wild rice, or if you have them separate, ½ cup of each.
- Cook in crockpot for 8 hours on low or 4 to 6 hours on high.
