  • 1 baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • ¼ cup olive oil
Toppings

  • sun dried tomatoes julienned

  • Primo Taglio Mozzarella Cheese sliced

  • cherry tomatoes sliced

  • balsamic glaze

  • pistachios shelled & chopped
  • honey

Instructions

Crostini

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the sliced baguette pieces in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil.
  4. Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly brown and crispy.
Hummus and Sun Dried Tomato Crostini
  1. Spread the hummus on the crostini.
  2. Top with sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese crumbles, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of dried oregano.
Prosciutto Caprese Crostini
  1. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on the crostini.
  2. Top with a piece of sliced prosciutto, sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Brie Prosciutto Crostini
  1. Place a slice of brie cheese on the crostini.
  2. Top with a piece of sliced prosciutto, chopped pistachios and a drizzle of honey.
Goat Cheese Date Crostini
  1. Spread goat cheese on a crostini.
  2. Top with chopped dates, chopped pistachios & a drizzle of maple syrup.
Salame Fig Crostini
  1. Spread goat cheese on a crostini.
  2. Top with a slice of salame, sliced figs and 2-3 drops of truffle oil.
Jalapeno Blackberry Crostini
  1. Spread goat cheese on a crostini.
  2. Top with a fresh sliced jalapeno, blackberry and drizzle of honey.
Hot Pepper Jam Brie Crostini
  1. Place a piece of brie on a crostini.
  2. Top with hot pepper jam.
Pesto Mozzarella Crostini
  1. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on a crostini.
  2. Top with basil pesto and crushed red pepper flakes.

Notes
