Crudité platter with easy sour cream dip

Ingredients

Sour cream dip
  • 2 cups sour cream or Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup parsley chopped
  • 3 tbsp chives chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
Crudité platter
  • cherry tomato
  • baby carrots raw
  • sugar snap peas
  • broccoli
  • asparagus
  • pepper sliced
  • baby corn

Instructions

Sour cream dip

  1. To make the dip, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 20 minutes. 
  2. To assemble the crudite platter, arrange the raw vegetables around the bowl of sour cream dip on a serving dish/platter and serve. 

Notes

  • The Crudité platter can be assembled up to 2 hours in advance and kept tightly wrapped refrigerated to preserve freshness and dip flavor.
