Crudité platter with easy sour cream dip
This recipe offers a selection of fresh raw vegetables arranged around a homemade sour cream dip flavored with parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Ingredients
Sour cream dip
- 2 cups sour cream or Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup parsley chopped
- 3 tbsp chives chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ lemon juiced
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Crudité platter
- cherry tomato
- baby carrots raw
- sugar snap peas
- broccoli
- asparagus
- pepper sliced
- baby corn
Instructions
Sour cream dip
- To make the dip, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 20 minutes.
- To assemble the crudite platter, arrange the raw vegetables around the bowl of sour cream dip on a serving dish/platter and serve.

- The Crudité platter can be assembled up to 2 hours in advance and kept tightly wrapped refrigerated to preserve freshness and dip flavor.
