Ingredients

  • 8 eggs large
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 scallions minced
  • 1 cup cheese cheddar, shredded
  • 1 cup ham cooked, diced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon season salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Whisk together all of the ingredents in a large bowl.
  3. Spray a deep dish pie plate with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the quiche filling into the pie plate.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
