Cucumber Apple Smoothie
This cucumber apple smoothie is light but packed with goodness. It is cooling and hydrating with a hint of mint and lime for a refreshing twist.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups cucumber Approximately 7oz, cubed.
- 2 medium-sized green apple I use Granny Smith.
- 12 mint leaves.
- 1 lime.
- 2 teaspoons honey or nectar agave optional
- 1 cups still water/ sparkling water
Instructions
- Deseed the cucumber and cut into chunks.
- Peel the apples, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces.
- Put the cucumber, apples, mint leaves, lime juice, honey, and the water in the blender.
- Whizz and blend them into a smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and put some ice cubes in if you like.
- Enjoy.

Notes
- You can just use tap water/ regular water if you don’t have bottled water like still water or sparkling water at home. Or, you can use apple juice.
- Using the sweetener such as honey and nectar agave can enhance the flavour of other ingredients. But feel free to skip it altogether if you wish.
