Cucumber Lime Vodka Fizz

Ingredients

  • 4 lices of cucumber + two cucumber ribbons for garnish (optional)
  • several mint leaves to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime divided + more for serving
  • 1.5 oz shot of vodka per glass
  • lime sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Place a few cucumber slices in the glass along with a few leaves of mint.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lime in each glass.
  4. Add the vodka, then top with the lime sparkling water.
  5. Top with a thin cucumber ribbon and extra lime on the side, if desired. Cheers!
  6. Side Note: If you prefer sweeter cocktails, simply add a bit of simple syrup to taste.
