Ingredients

  • 2 cucumber thinly sliced, English
  • 1 bunch radish thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons dill chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced cucumbers and radishes in a large salad bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
