Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber English variety, peeled, seeded, diced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp chives fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp dill fresh, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce dash
  • ⅛ tsp onion powder
  • salt sea salt and freshly cracked, to taste
  • black pepper sea salt and freshly cracked, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber, then slice it in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to remove and discard the seeds, then chop the cucumber into small pieces and place them in a blender.
  2. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, chives, parsley, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
  3. Blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning or lemon juice, if needed.
  4. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two before serving. Enjoy
