Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp cilantro minced
- 1/4 tsp dill weed dried
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt (with parsley flakes)
Instructions
- Add chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, green pepper, jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, dill, and garlic salt to a medium bowl.
- Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
