Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 loaf sliced bread, crusts removed
  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream, dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon pepper and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Lay the slices of bread out on a work surface. Spread evenly with the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Layer cucumbers on top of half of the slices of bread with the cream cheese mixture, then top with the remaining bread, cream cheese side down.
  4. Slice the sandwiches as desired - I usually do them in 4 triangles, but you could also cut them into 4 squares or 3 rectangles.
