Cucumber Water
Cucumber Water is an easy infused water recipe for a cool, delicious drink with fresh cucumbers and optional mint leaves for extra flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber , washed well
- 8 cups water
- 4 cups ice
- 1/2 cup mint optional, fresh
Instructions
- Trim the edges off the cucumber and slice thinly.
- Reserve 1/3 for garnish.
- Add 1/3 of the cucumber slices to a large pitcher, then smash gently.
- Add in the water and the remaining 1/3 of cucumber slices.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve in cups with ice and remaining cucumber slices inside and as a garnish.
Alternate:
- Cucumber Mint Water
- Muddle half the mint in with the first cucumbers.
- Serve remaining mint in cups with the ice.
