Cumin Lime Vinaigrette Recipe

Zesty, bright, and earthy best describes this cumin lime vinaigrette. It's the perfect drizzle over any salad or grilled vegetables, and it makes for a great marinade, too! It'll come together in 5 minutes with just a bowl and a whisk!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup lime juice fresh is best!
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¾ cup avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Add the lime juice, vinegar, honey, cumin, mustard, and salt to a bowl.
  2. Whisk in the oil so the dressing is creamy.
  3. Store the dressing in a jar in your fridge for up to a month.
