Curry Chicken Salad with Celery

Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 100 g celery
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 1 salad greens mix
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breast and season with salt and pepper and cook: either fry, grill or bake.
  2. Once cooked, leave it to cool a little and then cut it into cubes.
  3. For the sauce, clean and chop the celery finely in a blender.
  4. Mix it with the curry powder, mayonnaise, and the finely chopped basil.
  5. Toss the chicken cubes in the sauce and serve on a bed of salad mix.
