Curry Sweet Potato Almond Butter Dip
This smooth and healthy Curry-Sweet Potato-Almond Butter Dip only has FIVE ingredients and is sure to jazz up snacktime with major flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet potato mashed, cooked
- 2 tablespoons almond butter natural, no-stir, creamy
- 2 teaspoons red curry paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor (mine holds 3 cups) and process until creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
