Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato mashed
  • 2 tablespoons natural, no-stir creamy almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons red curry paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil (optional)

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small food processor (mine holds 3 cups) and process until creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  2. Dip away and DEVOUR!
