- 1 ripe banana
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup cashew milk or almond, coconut, soy, rice
Instructions
- Add banana and celery to blender container. Blend, scraping sides of container a few times.
- Add blueberries and blend again.
- Add cashew milk and blend until smooth.

- Tip: Freeze bananas that have gone too ripe for your liking to use in baked goods and smoothies!
- Optional ingredients to add to this smoothie;
- Banana can be frozen for this recipe.
- Serve cold.
