Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen cherries
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups vanilla plant-based milk SEE NOTE
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  1. NOTE: The nutrition calculator is showing that this smoothie is over 800 calories, which is completely incorrect. When we calculated the ingredients the total calorie count was 305 calories.
  2. Put the 2 cups plant-based milk, 1 ½ cups frozen cherries, ¼ cup rolled oats, and ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract in a blender and blend on a high speed until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if necessary. Top with coconut whipped topping and a cherry.
