Dairy-Free Chocolate Pudding Recipe

This four-ingredient dairy-free chocolate pudding recipe is fast to whip up and makes a perfect, healthy snack for kiddos or adults!

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas very ripe
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 0.5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tbs collagen powder totally optional!

Instructions

  1. Peel and break apart the banana.
  2. In a food processor, combine the bananas, cacao, and almond butter. Add in the collagen powder if using.
  3. Combine until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into a bowl and whisk in chia seeds. Or, add the chia seeds into the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up and chill

Notes

  • Top your chocolate pudding with 2-minute coconut whip cream to make it even more indulgent.

  • Cocoa powder can be used in place of cacao powder. There won't be as many nutritional perks but the pudding will be sweeter.
  • Store the dairy-free chocolate pudding for up to 24 hours in the fridge in a closed jar.
