  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water to a bowl.
  2. Whisk the coffee mixture by hand until it becomes foamy and soft peaks form. Alternatively, you can use an electric hand mixer.
  3. Heat the milk and transfer it into four espresso cups or one regular cup. Add the whipped coffee mousse on top of the milk.
  4. You can dust some instant coffee powder or cocoa powder on top of the whipped coffee. Stir well before drinking.

Notes

  • I used Folgers Classic Decaf Coffee.
  • If you want to make Dalgona iced coffee, you may add all the milk in a glass, add ice cubes and top with the whipped coffee.
  • For vegan Dalgona coffee, you may use soy milk, almond milk or hemp milk.
