Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water to a bowl.
- Whisk the coffee mixture by hand until it becomes foamy and soft peaks form. Alternatively, you can use an electric hand mixer.
- Heat the milk and transfer it into four espresso cups or one regular cup. Add the whipped coffee mousse on top of the milk.
- You can dust some instant coffee powder or cocoa powder on top of the whipped coffee. Stir well before drinking.
Notes
- I used Folgers Classic Decaf Coffee.
- If you want to make Dalgona iced coffee, you may add all the milk in a glass, add ice cubes and top with the whipped coffee.
- For vegan Dalgona coffee, you may use soy milk, almond milk or hemp milk.
