Date rolls are made with soft, chewy Medjool dates, almonds and coconut for a rich and delicious sweet treat with no added sugar.

Ingredients
- 400 g Medjool dates (usually 20 dates) pitted
- 100 g whole almonds
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Add almonds to the bowl of a food processor, and process until chopped.
- Add in dates and continue to process (scraping down the sides as needed) until dates are chopped and the mixture comes together.
- Shape the date mixture into 16 small logs.
- Place coconut in a shallow bowl and individually roll each log in coconut to coat.
