- 12 Frozen Pork Sausages

- Microwave Steamer Basket
Instructions
- Add a tablespoon of water to the bottom of the steamer basket.
- Remove frozen sausages from their packaging and place into the steamer basket. Add the lid and then place in the microwave.
- Microwave for 8 minutes on the defrost meat setting.
- When the microwave beeps remove the frozen sausages from the steamer basket and separate with your hands. Load the sausages separated into the steamer basket with the lid on and microwave for a further 4 minutes on defrost meat.
- Remove the steamer lid and microwave on the same setting for a final 4 minutes.
- Your sausages will now be fully thawed. Load onto a plate ready for the fridge or for cooking with.

Notes
- Swap – If you have sausages in the middle struggling to defrost, then swap them around with those on the edges for the final 4 minutes as it will help to speed up the defrost process.
