Dehydrated Beets In Air Fryer

Dehydrated Beets. Let me show you how easy it is to make dehydrated beet chips at home using the dehydrator setting on your air fryer.

Kitchen Gadgets:

  • Air Fryer Oven
  • Mandolin

Dehydrated Beets Ingredients:

  • 3 beet
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil extra virgin, spray

Instructions

  1. Peel your beets.
  2. Load your beetroot onto the mandolin and create thin consistent slices that are similar to potato chips.
  3. Load your beetroot slices onto your air fryer oven shelves and spray with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place in the air fryer oven on the top shelf (or use all shelves) and air fry for 4 hours at 30c/85f. Allow to cool before transferring to storage containers for later.

Notes

  • Setting. Note that the Power Air Fryer Oven has a weird set up. You have to press fruit and then adjust the time up to 30c and then adjust the cook time.
