- ½ fresh or frozen banana peeled
- ½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ Gala, Fuji or other sweet apple ,cored, seeded, and cut into chunks
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ¾ cup coconut water or water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
