Detox Smoothie
This Detox Smoothie blends banana, pineapple, apple, and fresh spinach with coconut water for a fresh, lightly sweet drink. The combination creates a smooth texture with natural fruit sweetness and a hint of green freshness. Using fresh or frozen fruit makes it versatile and easy to prepare as a refreshing beverage or light snack that helps incorporate fruit and vegetable servings.
Ingredients
- ½ banana peeled, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup pineapple fresh or frozen, chunks
- ½ apple cored, seeded, and cut into chunks, Gala, Fuji, or other sweet varieties
- 1 cup spinach fresh
- ¾ cup coconut water or water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
