Dill Pickle Deviled Eggs

These dill pickle deviled eggs combine two of my favorite things; deviled eggs and dill pickles. They are a great bite sized snack and the perfect appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 6 egg large
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickle brine juice
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickles minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon dill freshly minced
  • dill pickles chopped, to top

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Boil your eggs until hard boiled.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk.
  3. Combine in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and whip until smooth.
  4. Add to a piping bag and pipe into half of an egg.
  5. Garnish with a dill pickle. Refrigerate until serving.

  • Refrigerate leftovers
