Ingredients
- 1 (1 ounce) packet of ranch dressing mix
- 2-4 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1/4 cup neutral oil
- 1 pound bag mini pretzels
- 1 teaspoon dried dill , optional
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley , optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the ranch dressing mix, pickle juice (more or less depending on preference), oil, dill and parsley. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Pour pretzels into the bowl and immediately toss with a rubber spatula. Continue tossing until all of the pretzels are evenly coated in the seasoning mixture.
- Pour the coated pretzels onto the baking sheet. It is okay if some of the pretzels are on top of each other.
- Bake for 20 minutes tossing once after 10 minutes of baking. Be sure to mix the pretzels thoroughly to ensure an even bake.
- Remove from the oven and top with extra dill and parsley if desired. Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes
- For extra pickle-y flavor, place all of the pretzel seasonings in a food processor with 2-3 tablespoons of actual pickles. Pulse to make a paste and then toss on the pretzels.
