Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 4 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • ½ tsp yuzu juice or lemon
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp minced garlic 
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients: ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 4 tsp chopped fresh chives, ½ tsp yuzu juice or lemon, ½ tsp lemon zest, ½ tsp minced garlic, and ½ tsp kosher salt.
  2. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to thicken.
  4. Serve with your preferred sides of salmon, pita chips, or veggies.
