This cajun dipping sauce is a little spicy, a little sweet and provides the perfect balance for Andouille sausage.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon smoked hot paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

  • Serving instructions: Grill or broil smoked Andouille sausage, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve sausage bites with the cold dipping sauce and toothpicks or forks.
