DIY Cheese Crackers

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (250 grams) sharp cheddar cheese slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cut each slice into four equal squares and arrange them in a single layer on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Make sure there is enough space between the cheese squares. Sprinkle garlic salt on top.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven. Let them cool completely for about 5 minutes before enjoying. The cheese crackers will harden as they cool.

  • Cut the cheese slices into small, equal squares and place them on the baking pan in a single layer, with 2 inches of space between each square to allow them to expand while baking.
