- 8 oz (250 grams) sharp cheddar cheese slices
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cut each slice into four equal squares and arrange them in a single layer on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Make sure there is enough space between the cheese squares. Sprinkle garlic salt on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven. Let them cool completely for about 5 minutes before enjoying. The cheese crackers will harden as they cool.
