DIY Garlic Butter
Some prefer to use butter instead of olive oil for their garlic bread. In this recipe, you can make a jar of garlic butter that will let you have garlic bread or toast every day for at least a week.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup butter
- 6 to 8 to 8 cloves garlic pressed
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
Instructions
- With a garlic press, crush the garlic cloves and put them in a bowl.
- Slice the butter into small squares.
- Cut the stems off the parsley and finely chop the leaves.
- In the bowl with the garlic, add the extra-virgin olive oil and butter. Mash the mixture with a fork. Add the chopped parsley and mix it all together.
