DIY Haskap Berry Yogurt

Haskaps (aka honeyberries) are a delicious summer fruit. Here, haskap jam is used to make a fruity vegan yogurt—to be enjoyed on its own or as a smoothie bowl base!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Homemade Vegan Yogurt (*can sub with any plain yogurt of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Homemade Haskap Jam (or haskap compote)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Stir yogurt and haskap jam together. Taste for sweetness.
  2. Serve with fresh haskap berries, chopped nuts and seeds, dried fruits, or whatever other toppings you like.
