Ingredients

  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth. If serving right away, pour into glasses. If you want to get the classic Dole Whip swirl, place in a freezer safe container and freeze for about 40 minutes.
  3. When the mixture is firm enough to pipe, place in a piping bag with a 1M star tip. Pipe into glasses and serve.

Notes

  • If you prefer a sweeter Dole Whip, add a few tablespoons of sugar to the mixture before blending.
  • To make a Dole Whip Float, pour more pineapple juice over the frozen Dole Whip.
  • Make this a dairy free dessert by using a dairy free ice cream.
