Dole Whip Popsicles

Since I love making popsicles, I thought the Dole Whip would lend itself nicely to a delicious tropical treat frozen pop. I was so right!

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Dole crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 4 oz heavy whipping cream

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  2. Combine crushed pineapple (with juice) and additional pineapple juice in a blender. Blend on low until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the whipping cream and pulse until well mixed. For a frothier popsicle, you can increase to a full blend to give it a light whipped texture.
  4. Taste and add additional whipping cream if desired.
  5. Pour into molds.
  6. Allow to freeze at least five hours or overnight before serving.
  7. Remove from molds and enjoy every bite.
