- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1 lb chicken breasts or chicken tenders
Instructions
To Prep:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place an oven-safe rack on top.

To Make the Tenders:
- Chop the Doritos in a food processor until they have the texture of bread crumbs. Place the crumbs in a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- Dredge the chicken tenders in the egg-milk mixture, and then coat completely in the Dorito crumbs.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
