Doritos Chicken Strips

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 lb chicken breasts or chicken tenders

Instructions

To Prep:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and place an oven-safe rack on top.
To Make the Tenders:
  1. Chop the Doritos in a food processor until they have the texture of bread crumbs. Place the crumbs in a small bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  3. Dredge the chicken tenders in the egg-milk mixture, and then coat completely in the Dorito crumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
