Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup vegan vanilla protein powder 1 scoop
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs almond milk
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • ½ tbs mini chocolate chips

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips
  2. Whisk until smooth
  3. Let sit for 2-3 minutes to absorb
  4. Mix in the chocolate chips

Notes

  • The type of protein powder you choose will affect both the flavor and the texture of the snack
  • The recipe makes a pretty large serving. If using as a bedtime snack, you may only want half.
  • Top your protein fluff with whichever toppings you enjoy
  • Keep the recipe nut-free by using Sunbutter in place of nut and hemp milk as a liquid
  • You do need both measurements fo the almond milk, listing it this way is the only way that the nutrition calculates properly and that extra tablespoon is definitely important.
  • The protein powder fluffs up the most when using a vegan protein powder that’s pea protein-based
