Ingredients
- ⅓ cup vegan vanilla protein powder 1 scoop
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tbs almond milk
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cacao powder
- ½ tbs mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips
- Whisk until smooth
- Let sit for 2-3 minutes to absorb
- Mix in the chocolate chips
Notes
- The type of protein powder you choose will affect both the flavor and the texture of the snack
- The recipe makes a pretty large serving. If using as a bedtime snack, you may only want half.
- Top your protein fluff with whichever toppings you enjoy
- Keep the recipe nut-free by using Sunbutter in place of nut and hemp milk as a liquid
- You do need both measurements fo the almond milk, listing it this way is the only way that the nutrition calculates properly and that extra tablespoon is definitely important.
