Dry Fruits Balls

Dry Fruits Balls are bite-sized snacks made by combining powdered almonds, cashews, and walnuts with chopped raisins and desiccated coconut, bound together with a small amount of milk. Rolled into small balls and optionally coated with icing sugar or extra coconut, they provide a chewy, nutty texture and natural sweetness. These chilled treats are convenient for quick energy or dessert.

Description

The recipe starts by grinding almonds, cashew nuts, and walnuts into a fine powder to form a nutty base. Raisins are chopped into smaller pieces to distribute sweetness evenly throughout the mixture. Desiccated coconut adds both flavor and texture.

Milk is added gradually to the dry ingredients until a pliable dough forms, which is then shaped into small, bite-sized balls. Optional coatings like icing sugar or more desiccated coconut add a decorative touch and additional flavor contrast. The mixture is refrigerated before serving to firm up the texture, making them easy to handle and chew.

Stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, these fruit and nut balls keep well as a convenient snack or a naturally sweet treat. The balance of nuts, fruit, and coconut allows for a rich flavor and satisfying texture without cooking.
