Ingredients

Cake Batter Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cake batter extract
Iced Latte
  • 1 tablespoon cake batter syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1.5 ounces espresso cooled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Whipped Cream
Optional Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

Cake Batter Syrup
    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat water in a small saucepan, add sugar.
  2. When the sugar is dissolved, remove from the pan from stove top and stir in extract.
  3. Cool the syrup to room temperature.
Iced Latte
  1. Pour 1 tablespoon of cake batter syrup into a glass.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Pour the espresso over the ice.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
  6. Top with chocolate syrup drizzle and rainbow sprinkles if desired.
