Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz / 2 lb / 907g) peach halves or slices in heavy syrup
  • 2 7.6 oz / 225g) cans Nestlé brand Table cream (crema de leche/media crema) , but heavy cream can be used as a substitute (though it won’t have the same taste).
  • 3 tablespoons sugar , adjust to taste.

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Drain the peaches, but save the syrup in case you want to adjust the consistency later. Cut the peaches into small cubes or slices.
  2. In a large bowl, add the chopped peaches, table cream, and sugar. Stir everything together until the mixture is well combined and evenly coated.
  3. If you prefer a more liquid texture, gradually add some of the reserved syrup, adjusting the amount to your preference. You can also skip this step if you prefer a thicker consistency.
  4. For a creamier and more refreshing taste, refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving (optional). Serve as is.
