Earl Grey Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 16 to 20 ounces boiling water
  • 1/2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 1 shake ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 scoops beef gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil or ghee

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong mug of Earl Grey tea using 2 to 3 Earl Grey tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for 5 to 8 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
  2. Add the matcha powder, cinnamon, beef gelatin powder and flax oil to a high powered blender.
  3. Pour the brewed Earl Grey Tea into the blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer to your favorite mug and enjoy!
